You have heard of wild yam cream, but have you tried wild yam hydrosol? Believe it or not, wild yam has volatile oils, which makes it extractable in a steam distillation. This is a great way to use wild yam, as hydrosols are 30 times as potent as an herbal tea. To use simply use one spray twice daily on either your wrists, stomach, chest, inner thighs, switching the location each time you apply.
